How United Ops handles information provided through this website.
Effective date: July 24, 2026
About This Policy
Superior United Holdings LLC, doing business as United Ops ("United Ops," "we," "us," or "our"), provides this website at https://unitedoperationalstrategies.com. This policy describes how United Ops handles information provided through this website. It applies to this website only and does not cover information collected through separate client engagements or agreements.
Information You Provide Through the Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: full name, company name, job title, business email, phone number, company website, the primary business priority you select, the description of your inquiry, your preferred contact method, and your confirmation of the consent statement on the form. Our system also records the date and time your submission is sent so we can respond in order.
Technical Information Handled by Service Providers
The website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or nonessential application cookies. The website does not currently display a cookie consent banner. Hosting and other essential service providers may process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security logs) as part of operating, delivering, and protecting the site. We do not combine this technical information with your contact-form submission to build a marketing profile.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and discuss the services you have asked about, provide requested information or materials, maintain appropriate business records, protect the site and our systems, and comply with legal obligations. The consent checkbox on the contact form authorizes United Ops to contact you about your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to newsletters, marketing campaigns, or any communications unrelated to the inquiry you submitted.
How Form Submissions Are Delivered
Contact-form submissions are delivered by email to a monitored United Ops inbox (ops@unitedoperationalstrategies.com) through the site's email-delivery provider. The website does not store form submissions in a project database; the resulting record lives in our email system, where standard business email retention applies.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this website: Lovable provides the hosting and email-delivery infrastructure that powers the site and the contact form, and Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used for on-page text. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services. The site also includes outbound links to Calendly, LinkedIn, and X so you can reach us or learn more about the company; once you leave this site, the destination's own privacy policy governs your interaction there.
No Sale, Targeted Advertising, or Cross-Context Sharing
United Ops does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Retention is based on business need rather than a fixed period, and information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information handled through this website, including reliance on reputable hosting and email-delivery providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law and available exemptions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. As noted above, United Ops does not currently engage in sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling with information collected through this site. To exercise a right, contact us at ops@unitedoperationalstrategies.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, will accept requests submitted by an authorized agent where required by law, and will provide an appeal path where required by law.
Children's Privacy
This is a business-to-business website that is not directed to children under 13, and United Ops does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, please contact us so we can delete it.
International Visitors
United Ops operates in the United States. Information you submit through this site, including from outside the United States, will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your home country.
Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party sites. United Ops is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
